If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all website visitors, prospective clients, hiring companies, and job candidates.

DevOps Collab provides technical talent acquisition, nearshore staffing, and recruitment services.

• Corporate Website: Provides information regarding our staffing models, pricing, technical capabilities, and allows prospective clients to request consultations or contact our team.
• Recruitment Platform: Utilizes AI-powered candidate evaluation systems to receive, process, and analyze job applications. The Platform uses artificial intelligence models from third-party providers to analyze submitted materials, including resumes, CVs, and video presentations, producing structured evaluation reports to assist hiring decisions.

AI-generated evaluations are purely advisory in nature and do not constitute final hiring decisions. All final hiring decisions are made exclusively by human reviewers.

• Visitors and Clients: You may browse our corporate website and submit inquiries via contact forms. You agree to provide accurate and current contact details.
• Candidates: When you submit an application, you may receive a tracking token to check your status. This token is personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for keeping it secure and preventing unauthorized access to your application status.

When you submit an application or materials through the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is accurate, truthful, and complete.
• You have the explicit right to submit any documents, videos, portfolios, or materials included in your application.
• Your submission does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights of any third party.
• You consent to having your materials processed, transcribed, and analyzed by AI systems for evaluation purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Submitted candidate materials (CVs, resumes, video transcripts) will be processed by secure, third-party AI language models.
• AI evaluations generate scores, category assessments, and alignment recommendations based on specific position profiles.
• AI systems may produce results that contain inaccuracies, omissions, or algorithmic biases. Consequently, these evaluations should never be considered the sole or determinative basis for any hiring or placement decision.
• Multiple AI models may be utilized to evaluate the same application to ensure consistency and comparative analysis.

• Our Content: The DevOps Collab name, branding, logos, website design, text, graphics, and proprietary evaluation workflows are the intellectual property of DevOps Collab and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
• User Content: Candidates and clients retain ownership of all original materials they submit through the Platform (e.g., CVs, job descriptions, branding assets). By submitting these materials, you grant DevOps Collab a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and evaluate them strictly for the purpose of fulfilling our recruitment and staffing services. This license terminates when the respective data is deleted from our systems.

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, misleading, plagiarized, or false information.
• Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, “jailbreak,” or circumvent the AI evaluation system or website security.
• Submit applications, personal data, or corporate details on behalf of other individuals or entities without explicit, documented consent.
• Use automated tools, bots, spiders, or scrapers to access the Platform, harvest data, or mass-submit inquiries/applications.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the operation, performance, or security of our websites.

The Platform and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

DevOps Collab, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the corporate website or recruitment platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to loss of business opportunities, hiring decisions influenced by AI-generated evaluations, or unauthorized access to tracking tokens due to user negligence.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms, or alter features of the Platform, at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the website. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your explicit acceptance of the modified Terms.
