FAQ

Got questions?

1. How much more will I earn compared to other agencies?

Most engineers we place earn 10–30% more than with traditional agencies or local contracts at a similar skill level. We do this by negotiating directly with U.S. clients, keeping our commission lean, and passing more of the budget to you instead of stacking hidden margins.

2. Do I work as a contractor or an employee?

You work as an independent contractor, not a local employee.
That means you invoice us, you are paid in USD, and you are responsible for handling your own taxes and benefits in your country.

3. How often will I be paid, and how?

Most roles pay once per month in USD, with some clients preferring twice‑monthly payments.

4. What level of English do I need?

You should be comfortable having daily calls and technical discussions in English with U.S. teams.
As a guideline, we look for B2–C1 level or equivalent: you can explain decisions, ask questions, and collaborate without a translator

5. What kind of roles do you offer?

We focus on senior engineering roles with U.S. tech companies: DevOps / SRE, backend, frontend, full‑stack, and QA / test automation.
Most engagements are long‑term (6–12 months+) with stable teams, not short one‑off gigs.

6. What if a client is not a good fit?

If a role isn’t working out—culture, scope, or communication—we step in to help.
We’ll first try to fix the situation; if it’s clearly not a match, we look for a better opportunity for you in our network instead of just dropping you.

7. Do you charge me any fees?

No. You never pay us a fee to join or get placed.
Our commission is charged to the client, and your agreed‑upon net monthly rate is what you actually receive.

8. Can I apply if I’m already working with a U.S. company?

Yes. If you already have a U.S. client, we can often move your contract to us so you earn more without changing clients.
We renegotiate terms with your client, keep their budget the same or similar, and adjust the split so your take‑home improves.

9. What experience level are you looking for?

We mainly work with mid‑senior and senior engineers with 4+ years of professional experience and strong fundamentals in their stack.
If you’re a bit earlier but very strong and have great English, it can still be worth applying.
